My Powerup for the month of December( 119 steem powerup) 10% to steemalive #club 75
Introduction
I have always learnt how to celebrate my little wins as this sets the stage for the big one.
One of the keys to sucsess is determination and focus. Like my friend would always tell me, in steemit you can get to any hight only if you are determined.
Just last month i decided to up my game and become a participant and not an observer in this platform.
One of the bold steps I took was taking promotion very serious. I participated in every road show under steemalive (owerri).
Another bold step i took was was building my steempower. I told my self that I would hit 1000sp on or before december. As at the time i made this determination I don't even have up to 500sp, but i was determined.
From the month of I have powered up 546.153 Steem. To reach my goal I powered up 119 steem get to 1,003 steempower.
Below are the proof.
To get to this point I had to convert my 10.853 sbd to 111. 804 steem.

The above screenshots images shows the state of my wallet before and after I converted all my 10.853SBD to 111.804 steem. You could see I have 119.719 as total amount of steem in my wallet.
It's now time to take the bold step of power up.

As we can see from the above screenshot image I have achieved my 1000sp.
My new target and Goal
Today 1st of december I set yet another goal for myself, on or before Jenuary 2022 I would hit 5,000(5k) steempower.
To some persons this goal is unrealistic but i strongly believe i can get there even before then.I would have joined the club100. Already am in club75 and from my calculation in no distance time i would be in club100. I don't just plan on becoming a member but also staying a member.
To get as high as 50 new person to join the platform, so far for two months i have registered over 10 and i plan on doubling my effort, in other to meet my targets.

How I Plan to achieve my goals
To stay active and even more active in the steemit platform and create more quality content.
To maintain my club75 membership status until i reach club100 which am seriously working on.
To stay by the rule of this comnunity.
To support other quality content with votes
To stay away from Plagiarism and only write original content.
To activily participate in contests.
