Technology and work from home
Hello Project Hope Community, today I want to talk about something that for a large part of the world's population became a reality, and all this thanks to the level of technological development we have today, and this is working from home.
I am going to say it from my own experience, in general, when we work from home we must be very organized with our activities, because it can happen that we end up not being efficient. This I think is one of the problems that I have seen the most in people who pretend to work independently from home, they do not have rules, and if they have them, they do not follow them, which leads them to be inefficient.
For a few months I have been trading in Forex, a quite complex market actually, and it may seem that it has no relation with what I said at the beginning of the post, but to be in this business of trading you have to be very organized, have specific rules and respect them, because otherwise you can lose much more than you expect, so this activity has taught me a lot by applying discipline in the different stages of my life.
If we assume with responsibility what we do, this work we do from home, and we get distracted with social networks, listening to music, answering calls, answering messages, and giving priority to what we should not give, we are simply attacking ourselves and our work.
If I worked as a doctor, or as a sick person, or in a bakery, surely my friends would not write to you because they know you are working, so why not have the same respect if you dedicate yourself to activities at home?.
This is a topic that I have thought about and reflected on a lot, because although it is true that technology now makes many processes easier for us, such as working quietly from home, and has given us the freedom to relate more easily, it is something that we should know use to avoid falling into actions that limit our work development, and of course, our income.

My experience is that business owners mostly do not want their stuff to work from home. It has been proven over and over again that working from home is not efficient. Majority of people do not do it well and it doesn't surprise me at all.
Of course there will be some small % of people, who will end up working from home. But ... how many of us really enjoy doing it? I personaly would rather like to change my environment and go to the office. Working from home is just so much harder. So difficult to be efficient ...
Especially working from home will be a challenge if we need to work with other people. As part of the team.
As long as we're one-man-army (running our own project or small business) working from home may be okey. But other than that - I would say that it's absolutely NOT a way to go.
