Application for a City Coordinator under Steem4Nigeria in Abakaliki City (Ebonyi State)

Dear Steem4nigeria, I am so delighted to present this application seeking to become a city coordinator in the place where I am residing.

My brief history on Steemit

My history on Steemit began in 2020, precisely on September 26, 2020. At that time, I never knew about the Steemit platform, blockchain, or STEEM as a cryptocurrency. However, before my history on Steemit started, I was a publisher with Operanews Hub, which is a company that is owned by Opera Mini.

I resigned from my position at Opernews Hub in the same month that I began publishing content on Steemit. At first, when I began posting my content on Steemit, I was not getting it right because of how strange the platform was to me, and having no mentor was like a big task to me.

Well, despite having no mentor to coach me at first, when I signed up, I didn't quit because I knew I would become an expert who would definitely mentor several people one day. I started using the Steemit platform after learning from my mistakes and following in the footsteps of those who knew more about Steemit than I did.

To God be the glory, my knowledge of Steemit has been beneficial to me and those around me, because if you are my friend, I will make sure that you are also a Steemian doing better than me. After I became a Steemian, even while I was still learning the process, I tried my possible best to contribute to the platform via publishing quality content, recruiting and mentoring some members like @simonnwigwe, @preye2, @jasminemary, @charlee, and several others that are doing well today on Steemit.

Through the publication of tutorial posts about crypto trading (investment), blockchain technology, computers, business, and finance in the year 2022, I have diverted myself into guiding members on things that would advance their knowledge and also help them to grow better in life. My pleasure is to see that people perform better than I do.

Steemians in my city

In the city of Abakaliki, besides the Steemians I have recruited myself, I haven't met with any other Steemians before. Below are the names of Steemians that I have recruited and know them.

@rad-austine : is my brother, and he works as a radiography technician at a federal teaching hospital, where he frequently posts due to the nature of his work.

@entity01 : This user is staying closer to my house, but he has currently gone back to school.

@mbamcollins : This user is also a student at one of the tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

@ebeke : This user is an engineer, a graphic designer, and a good writer. He is somehow having some challenges with his device.

@barrykoko : This user is a photographer and programmer. He is currently running his MSC, which he will definitely resume soonest because he loves cryptocurrency.

My Capability for the Role

My capabilities are what I love keeping within myself, because I know it is action that can tell what a person can really do. I believe I am good enough to represent my city as a coordinator, based on how experienced I am and how many Steemians I have so far recruited, which 80% of them are doing well on Steemit via my mentorship.

When it comes to Steemit jobs, I am also available at all times to contribute to the growth. As it stands right now, I am fully available to start contributing to the betterment of Steemit, which is why I haven't engaged myself with other work besides Steemit.

I am a free guy that can go a long distance and coach people or someone about Steemit, so when it comes to having a time to work for Steemit, I have that full-time.

In terms of mentoring and guiding members on Steemit and beyond, I am good at doing that and also good at giving reports, which I believe I will definitely do very well with the vast knowledge and experience I have gotten.

I am sincerely grateful to @steem4nigeria for making the application open to every Nigerians. I am fully ready and available at all times to start working as a city coordinator in Abakaliki as I am eager to continue adding value to this great platform.
