Stress is the state of emotional or physical tension that causes friction. Stress may be acute or cryptic. Acute stress occurs briefly and chronic long time.

The body is stressful but responds to high demands. Stress may eventually result in anxiety and anxiety about depression that triggers suicide.

The importance of resting should not be considered as it is the best way to restore the brain and provide the body with the calmness it needs. When you feel stressed, just leave what you do and relax.

Exercise is not only achieved by the bulky body and the chipped body. Exercise helps the body to improve and improve blood flow throughout the body. When you are stressed, blood flow decreases or stops like the skin, which causes wrinkles in some parts of the body.

If you exercise more under stress, the blood flow increases and at the same time it helps to move your mind away from what is causing stress and bring your mind to exercise.

The exercises to be attended are running, walking and swimming. I'll try to avoid lifting weights, because when a person is not in the right mind frame, you add extra stress to the muscles and cause exercise injuries.
