Jose Mourinho's Claims On Chelsea's Unreadiness; Should Lampard Be Putting This Into Consideration?

Some days ago Jose Mourinho sparked up another biting jive with his protege Frank Lampard this time, his stances were that he feels Chelsea aren't really ready to compete at the topmost level and the reason is being that Chelsea hasn't really beaten any team out of the top four and recently they've lost twice to Man United as well as Arsenal. *Now a whole lot of people won't take time to put Mourinho's thoughts into perspective believe me after carefully accessing his stances I'll have to agree he's got a lot of point regarding his stances concerning Chelsea. Many might say that the Portuguese is obsessed with Chelsea but I don't think so too, I believe this is someone who has seen it all and definitely won it all and in all his absurdity I believe he's still got tips concerning the game. I for one do not like Mourinho and make no mistake I adore his personality, his charisma and his hunger to win but totally his antics and media rancour is a major blot or stain to his entire coaching career and while I do think he makes his assessments based on pure sentiments I basically think this stances on Frank Lampard a few days ago is nothing but correct.

Of course the fact that Jose Mourinho is correct doesn't mean that Frank Lampard hasn't done a brilliant job, you have to laud the way he exceeded expectations far into what might seem unbelievable, truth is he's definitely found a rhythm, he's created a vibrant side with all the youthfulness and the vigour and he's got players doing individually well as well as for the team too and he's building a team for future. We have to laud the fact that youthfulness isn't something Chelsea is known for this is because the Abrahamovic's philosophy is to win and win no matter what and graduating players and given them time hasn't been Chelsea's play of winning trophies since 2004 and even if this team isn't winning trophies yet we have to applaud the fact that they're third place in the EPL table and the fact that they'll qualify for the champions league despite having a transfer ban and losing their best player in the summer.

Needless to say, Lampard has got work to do and the reason why I say this is that being good is quite amazing, but when you've attained that level where you're good then people begins to expect more and this is the case with Frank Lampard's Chelsea at the moment. In truth there's this lack of urgency from players like Tammy Abraham and Hudson Odoi, the difference between Lampard's side and the youthful Ajax side is that the Ajax team have garnered more experience playing at the biggest stage including the semi finals of the champions league and they've got a really demanding manager and this is something I think Lampard needs to decipher. He needs to teach the team how to win when it matters most and not win because it's comfortable, they need to be hungry when they face a top side and when they can accomplish this mindset then that's when they start becoming the team Jose Mourinho is talking about.

Against Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal there was something the team had in common and that was the fact that they were really good in the middle of the park but were very abysmal in the final third and that was very alarming. We reckon with all the good things Chelsea have accomplished but there always time when you need to claim bragging rights. The other teams need to have a reason to fear you when they're playing against you and this mentality increase your worth as a big team. Lampard might be new but he's played at the biggest stage and be understands how these things works and bringing it to the table as a manager is what I'm expecting of him in general. And for what it's worth I feel next season will be when we'd see the best of Chelsea as Lampard continue the work.
