The Godfather series is my favorite (well...at least the first two films).
It is tense, and yet I always feel deeply emotionally and intellectually conflicted about the characters. It's a fascinating world where I"m not sure who, if anybody, I should like.
My favourite series is "Rumpole of the Bailey." Great writing and acting with the occasional bit of humour.

My favourite series is Full Metal Alchermist!
WHY?
Well because it AWESOME!!!
The 1st thing that makes FMA stand apart is that in its world there is a sort of "Scientific Magic" called Alchemy, which allows the people who study this branch of science to decompose matter and rearrange it as they deem fit with the use of transmutation symbols and cirlces.
But the story of the Elric Brothers and their journey seeking the philosopher's stone to recover their full human bodies which they lost at a very early age trying to resurrect their mother through the forbidden human transmutation...takes them to many places in which they learn many lessons about life and principles of the universe...ultimately uncovering a whole conspiracy where artificially created beings called homunculus are planning to rob the lives of their entire country to fuel their existance....And how is that ultimately related to the Elric Brothers and their mysterious father's past.
It's a really great story with cool characters design and many thought provoking moments.

My favorite is Sherlock Holmes. It's about a British detective that solves almost impossible crimes.

Hands down:
Great film, awesome actors, iconic scenes.
Classical 90's crime movie in a suspense style, every frame a perfect painting, solid action. Inspired a lot of other movies and games.
Most Important: PayDay and PayDay 2.
Dumped over 1000h in that game, all thanks to Heat. 😎

Of course Games of Thrones, it is so well made.
Then also "Stranger Things" I liked a lot because of that mystery feeling.
If you are into Zombies, try "Z Nation" - it is like "The Walking Dead", but much more funny!

My favorite series is The 100. I love sci-fi movies/series and this one has been a blast so far. Every season is like a new experience and it is not getting boring with time. It is set in a post-apocalyptic world where 100 people come back to earth destroyed by nuclear war and they try to survive. I would say more but I don't want to spoil the story to the potential new viewer.
I want to see it, sounds interesting
My favorite series is The Royals which abruptly ended at season 4 due to ratings as usual.
The plot twists, story line, characters were done really really well. There was a blend of season actors as well as new actors for this series and everyone did a great job in portraying their characters and personality.
On one hand I'd easily recommend this to people however on the other hand I know it ends at season 4 without a proper ending so..... at your on discretion :D
