Steemit on Medium?
Yep, it appears steemit is now posting on Medium as well.

Overall this is probably a good thing, though it does sound a bit strange that a blogging site would feel the need to release news on what could be considered a competitor.
Either way though it likely gets steem in front of more eyeballs which is badly needed.

They mention in the post that they "hope that the Medium Team will consider integrating Steem". If that actaully happens it would be great for Steem. A Medium-Steem bridge would be awesome.

Well it doesn't exist so IDK. But I hope that you'll be able to link a Steem account to Medium, and have comments bridged over by a Medium-ran bot on your posts.
So all the users on medium would become steem users?
They might do that, or they might have one central bridge account.
We need more steem users...
