Welcome to my Food Daily Menu Delicacies.Hope you all are having a great time on this wonderful platform.Going to show you what kind of food I added to my plate last August 15 for breakfast, lunch time and dinner.Every food was pretty delicious and tasty and healthy, had a lot of nutritious food days.

Before I started posting delicacies of my food,
Thanks and appreciation to this Steemit Iron Chef community for organizing such a moment competition.

I've tried to keep my food in the Daily Menu Delicacies as well as protein foods. To digest them I definitely needed to eat a fruit that would help me digest food. Today's food diet consisted of a little high cholesterol-rich food, so I tried to keep some vegetables and fruits in addition to this to make a combination of nutritional balance.


Morning time


I usually try to eat bread and vegetables in the morning, but today I add a little rich item to my breakfast table and a soup-like dish full of high cholesterol-rich calcium. And this food helped me more to eat specially made Naan bread.

This dish is a traditional dish in our country, usually this dish is available in hotels and restaurants. I usually try to eat homemade rather than ready-made food in hotels or restaurants.So today I made my breakfast soup with goat's feet. To serve this goat's foot soup I had to add more food plates lemon, raw ginger, cilantro and fried onion .


Today my breakfast was quite tasty and everyone enjoyed eating together and the texture of the taste was so tempting that in the morning I had a little heavy breakfast because I ate a little too much while eating.


I usually drink tea as a drink 1 hour after breakfast without sugar.So today is no exception, me and my husband drank milk tea without sugar.

In the evening


I didn't eat anything in the afternoon because breakfast was too heavy, so I finished dinner by 7:00 pm in the evening. And at night dinner my plate had fruits.

Tengra fish curry with eggplant and potatoes

Among the vegetables were tengra fish curry with eggplant and potatoes today.
This curry is sometimes quite nice to eat Eggplant and potato combination made a very tasty recipe.

Malabar Spinach Curry

Another item I had as a vegetable was Malabar Spinach Curry with lentils and shrimp. The combination of fish ,dal and vegetables is great to eat this curry.
Together I also got protein, and immediately I got the vitamins and minerals of vegetables. This was a very tasty curry with a combination of protein and vegetables.


Night time


Had a lot of food all day, breakfast was high cholesterol food that could have been a digestive problem so this digestive problem didn't get interrupted so I ate a very tasty papaya .

Hope you liked my daily delicacies today.Sometimes I try to eat a little rich item.Rich item food can be eaten at least once a week. 6 days when I'm vegetable and fish protein dependent I try to keep high cholesterol or similar foods one day a week. Because we need all kinds of nutrients according to the body's needs. Especially carbohydrates, proteins, meat, vegetables, fats, vitamins, minerals.

    There should be no nutritional deficiency of any food for the structure of the body
