I am taking a couple of minutes today to ask everybody to please stop surrendering in the Steem Monsters game.
The reason I am asking this is because as we each go about earning our free packs by doing daily quests, we don't need anything that makes it harder or makes it take even longer. Especially with the recent rule changes to the battle system.
Each time we choose to surrender, we are effectively robbing a fellow player of a win that goes toward the 5 needed to earn the daily pack. Why is this you may ask. That is because wins that come from surrenders do NOT count towards our daily totals.
So lets do each other a favor and put out a single monster instead of surrendering. As the creators of the game figure out things even further it will probably only get harder to earn free stuff. So lets stick together in an attempt of everyone helping everyone.
Also I really want the word spread, so if you resteem this post OR make your own post SPECIFICALLY about this topic, I'll send you a Monster card. Or if your not into that, I'll send some Steem your way.

I have seen it a lot when the level is under 1000 points. But almost never from players over that limit. It seems to that some only play for daily quest (ANd I can understand that) and they do not want to get over 1000 (much more difficullt there).
So - They have to change the rules. I think that is the only way.
TOday it is MUCH more benefit to stay low and win daily quest than to go up in level to get high season reward. MOney talks! Thats why they stay low. So - change the rules andgive less daily rewards OR give us better season rewards.
I will not write a post about it. I keep my discussion here. But I can make a resteem so more people write about it. It is important to Steemmonsters to make a fare play
I sometimes forget the new system because I am just waiting for the skip or rumble buttons and boom time out. Can't be bothered with the game play. Then again only happened once or twice.

Lol, I find that sometimes I will seek a battle and then promptly forget about it while reading Steem in another tab, forfeiting the game :P I assume this is the case for many others too, it can be boring to just watch the loading screen until a game pops

Yeah, i saw that. While im excited about the new cards, I'm sad about not getting booster packs.
Well. I think the biggest problem just now is to get more players. Sometimes I play against same player many times and that has to be a result of fewplayers

Resteemed, and last night was the first night I did any surrendering on any of the decks I have been playing the reason was simple, I was tired and wanted to get my 5 wins done, and so if my splinter of the challenge was not available I surrendered, so i could get to the next battle faster.
My steemmonster name is same as steemit name @bashadow.
Do you have a preference for a card? And i understand the being tired just trying to get your packs. Truthfully any win shouldcfount toward our daily. In my opinion.😀
Any card as long as it is not green, I really do not like the earth splinter very much.

I surrender more often than I would like, though that's purely because work or family get in the way (or sometimes I just vague out get distract..... oh look, shiny!!!!!).
It is frustrating when you're trying for your quest but getting the surrenders, but at least they still count towards your win streak points bonus.
