Wildlife Photography: Hare - Rabbit / Feldhase

in #photography5 years ago

I shot my first rabbit 😉

Ich habe meinen ersten Hasen geschossen 😉

Hare - Rabbit / Feldhase
Wildlife Photography

My Saturday walk started when I saw a hare sitting in a field.

To be completely honest, this hare ran into me a short time earlier together with a fellow on the way, but unfortunately the photos have not become sharp enough.

The sun had already risen a bit higher and illuminated the animal from behind.

Between the first two and the last photos, I sat down on a hunter's tree stand for a while to observe a small forest clearing, and just when I wanted to pack up and go again, a roebuck jumped out of the forest. The photos will be available in the next few days.

Nice find. Usually around here, we see more hares in the fall. I usually startle a few when I go walking in the trails during the fall season.

Thanks a lot, @saboin 😄
The first hares I have seen this year about a month ago, but you are right, in autumn you can see them more often, as well as deer.

Thank you very much @treeplanter, your service is highly appreciated.

Wow! You are fast! That’s s nice fat hare! He looks like a model in the summer fields!

He looks fat, when he sits, but not so much, when he is up ;)

Thank you so much, and have a nice evening, @kaminchan :)

You are right!! I think you should feed him a bit!!
It’s difficult to find food in winter months!!
Give him and his friends done carrots!

Posted using Partiko iOS

It's summer and the fields where he lives are full of food. Believe me, there is even a carrot field nearby.

If he would sit down and let me take some sharp photos, I might consider to bring some food for him and his friends, but I am sure, he will run away like he did a second after I took this photo ;)

Thank you for your kind reply! It’s good to know that there is plenty of food nearby. This hare looks very wild, he won’t stand still very long. Hope that he’s getting fat soon.

You're welcome @kaminchan :)
You may be sure, that the hares will get fat soon. Maybe then they cannot run so fast away, when I photograph them 😉

I like rabbits very much, I have two rabbits.!

Howdy sir johannpiber! Why does it take so long for the photos to be available? Those are beautiful shots by the way..I love the contrast in colors and that top one showing all the flowers is just gorgeous.

Great, thank you so much, that you like my rabbit shots, my friend. The rabbits were such a surprise for me, and I am glad, that I could take some quite nice photos of them :)
Why it takes so long to make the photos available? Because I have a life besides Steemit too :) lol - tell all people to help the Steemprice to grow, that I can retire, and you will see the latest photos every day :)))

lol! I think it might be awhile before the prices come back but it's not steemit's fault that's for sure.

They may stay low for a while, because I want to buy some more Steem in the next months. Then it may rise again :)
