This is the problem I am getting... I can not upload my profile pic...As far as guess you Bandwidth cannot be low it may be the issue of steemit. so not do worry it will be get solved soon
I can upload now but wasn't able to for a few days in July 2018 (week ago apx) and I got the ObjectObject error message when I tried to upload photos.
