Setia Alam Central Park.

Lately it has been raining a lot, the air smells fresher and the surrounds are greener, it is a good time to write a post about feeling healthy while being in nature after facing so many sad clouds over the past few weeks. One said, nature does help to cleanse the negativity from the body.

It is always a blessing to have a morning stroll at the nearby park, being near to the mother nature, to the greens. I love looking and walking under the huge trees around here, because it means they were being and will be preserved unharmed and continued to grow in this park.

The huge trees help to shades almost the whole area, makes the park quite cooling even though it's a sunny day with blazing heat from the sun.

Though there are quite a numbers of trees starting the dry out, due to the previous heat wave a few months ago. But I do believe they are strong and will manage to grow green again seeing this few weeks, rain has been pouring every day.

The one good thing about this park is that all the exercise equipment is all still in good conditions, usually after few years if without maintenance from the developer, it would have been all ruined.

And also the variety of choices you can find here, example the different sizes of Reflexology Stones, the stairs you can do stepping exercises, A massive empty field good for football or for kids running, a Futsul/Badminton Court and two Basketball Courts. A decent parking space is an advantage.

I am glad I am able to enjoy the fresh air, to look down to the earth and appreciates the greens, to look up to the sky and appreciates the blue sky, and the birds singing from the distant trees.

It was a good walk, my body needs it to heal, to relax, I am blessed.

大家好！今天想跟大家分享的是我常常报到的临近公园。

这公园的范围广大，在热天时不会感到炎热因为这里都布满了大树，在大树的遮荫下运动或活动都没那么辛苦。

我特别喜欢在早晨来这里漫步运动，接近大自然。裸脚踩在青草里，让她的灵气平衡会身体里能量，感觉清新了很多。

这公园里设备蛮齐全的，运动设备老少咸宜，而且被照顾的好，还很新。又多元化，有不同尺寸的按摩石头，有阶级可踩踏步，还有一片大操场可踢足球或让小孩任由奔跑玩耍。

除此之外，还有羽球场和两个篮球场。公园外也有足够的停车场。

很庆幸能常到这里报到，回归大自然的感觉真好。绿草蓝天，不远还可听到鸟啁啾。感恩。
