Also would like to point out that in Northeast, Central and South Florida- which are covered by FPL instead of Gulf Power- you actually can Opt Out. Why does the panhandle have to be any different? Of Southern Company's subsidiaries (Mississippi Power, Alabama Power , Georgia Power and Gulf Power) only Georgia Power company customers can opt out.
Inventions like Li-Fi may be a possible solution to reducing EMF smog especially after documentaries like Take Back Your Power have already covered this topic extensively.
