Abs Now Showing Off + Abs Workout Routine
Two days back at the gym with reduced fats and carbs intake and my abs are already showing again.. I’m more of an ectomorph with a fast metabolism.
I really been putting in work at the gym and the results are showing. Pants size down, abs, chest and shoulder definition skyrocketed.
Sharing you the abs exercises I performed after lifting weights.
Abs Routine
Crunches
Legraise+flutter kick
Spiderman plank
Lateral heel touch
Reverse crunches may kick upward
4 rounds of until failure
