Weather as a weapon. Drought

A story caught my eye this morning about how an Iranian general had accused Israel of 'stealing their clouds'.

According to this report from the Financial Tribute,

Latest statistics by the National Drought Warning and Monitoring Center (Iran) show that this year's autumn (Sept. 23-Dec. 21) was the driest over the past 67 years, with precipitation levels declining by 53% compared to the long-term average, a warning that drought conditions will worsen.

Look at some of the other countries that have been or are facing unusually bad drought conditions. Notice anything?

Way back in 1967, the United States undertook a secret weather modification programme called Operation Popeye" which extended the monsoon season in Vietnam yet when I suggest to people that the weather might be being modified in 2018 to stop it from raining I am told it is not possible.

How many countries that just so happen to be in the United States crosshairs have to suffer from droughts before people start to consider that the weather might be being modified and used as a weapon? The list of screenshots above came from a quick search of the word 'drought' followed by the names of countries that I knew off the top of my head were not aligned with America/the west.

As I found out this morning when I broached the subject with my colleagues, the idea that droughts can be deliberately inflicted over such large areas is ridiculous. "Haven't you heard of global warming?" I'm asked.

If like, me you believe that global warming is itself a hoax, these types of responses are very frustrating but of course, due to the fact that weather modification/geoengineering is still officially a 'conspiracy theory', I can never win these types of argument and most people I speak to will never take the time to find out for themselves what is possible as far as weather modification technology goes.

Syria experiencing it's worst drought for 900 years just prior to the 'civil war' (not a civil war) is just a coincidence along with everything else we see in the world.

Everything that is happening in the world has to be part of a huge coincidence theory because otherwise people would be forced to admit to themselves that pretty much everything they believe in is a lie (which it is). Ignorance is the main reason the world is in such a mess and although people are waking up, it isn't happening fast enough.

From my perspective, 'weather' as we know it is almost completely created by man and has been for a long time. I understand why this is too much for most people but to accept or even consider but that does appear to be the case.
