The In and Out Sunset
Was totally craving an In n Out burger that day. Ended up at the In n Out in Foothill Ranch and devoured a 3x1 (three patties, one cheese) animal style and washed (hardly) it down with a vanilla milkshake. As if that was not rewarding enough, this sunset followed my meal. The location of the In n Out is actually on a highpoint/foothill. This allowed me to see into the distance without too many human dwellings/trees to really obstruct the view. Darn light pole was still in the way.

Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the burger. I was definitely too eager to eat it. 3 patties, 1 cheese is the best balance in taste IMO. Any extra cheese tends to be overkill for me and 2 patties just leave me hungry in a few short hours. I guess if i were to get fries, 2 patties would be sufficient. To finish off the burgers, I also cover it in black pepper as it enhances the flavor of the burger that much more. As for a kick, their yellow peppers are a must. Roughly 3 is enough for me. One for the beginning, another for when I'm a third of the way through and the last one for the final 1/3 of the burger.

Good pics too. I hate it when posts and stuff get in the way. You might look into cloning tools to erase it out, though it might be hard with the gradient.

Yeah, I thought about editing the photo, but decided to leave it as it is. Good idea tho!
