Hot Pot Dipping Sauce

Brr... When it gets cold, it's hot pot time!

This is a shot of my sauce that I use to go with my hot pot.

Egg yolk, chinese bbq sauce, garlic, green onion, and sriracha! This all makes for a very colorful display before mixing it all up.

      Hot pot itself is a very popular dish in many Asian cultures. Mine was more Chinese flavored.
