THE STRESS... IS A STATE OF NERVOUS TENSION
Our body and mind, can cause various disorders of health produced by the opposition between what we want and what we can.
The body's automatic response triggers action mechanisms, if not offset it with exercises or relaxation, this tension, will accumulate within us and it can become a symptom or a disease.
Much of the stress that we suffer is related to our way of interpreting reality. Know the causes and change some habits and beliefs can help us to prevent it and have a better quality of life.
Be more flexible and tolerant with yourself and with others is a good form of stress management.
He decides to devote the time and attention necessary to those things that, as a human being, you enrich, you relax and you fully satisfy. Don't let anything or anyone steal you your peace!

The best way is to do some breathing exercise and I agree that we need to be more flexible
