Introduction

Aloha Everyone!

I am very excited to be writing this first post. I learned about Steemit through a friend and believe this is the right platform to put some of my drawings and writing. I am a beginner at both, and honestly, my work is not very good compared to others, but it's improving. I would love to use this as a platform to learn, improve and share what I believe are divinely inspired messages.

Here is a picture of one of my earlier sketches with something more recent underneath. (I've been at this for about eight months)   

As you can see, there is improvement, however, I have a long way to go.  I use a mix of different things now, water color pencils, soft pastels, markers, whatever I can get my hands on.  I don't have the best stuff, but am working on getting what I need.

This is an eye looking into the spiritual realm.  Which my husband found creepy, but    I like it!

"Holding forth the Word of life..." Philippians 2:16 KJV The stripes are the lashes that Jesus took. 

In my next post, I will be sharing a picture and my testimony about something that God has done in my life, written in story format.  It's a little long, and really puts me out there, but I'm feeling courageous.
