THE DIARY GAME : Thursday, 22/10/2020 – My 22nd diary entry for Season 3 (Powered-Up 100%).

Diary entry: Up a notch

Hello steemians and diarists, this is my 22^nd diary entry for season 3. Today, I set a new record on steemit and I was very excited. Let me tell you about it.

I woke up in the morning and went about my morning chores as usual. I had an order to deliver today so in the morning, I put a call across to the customer but the line was switched off. Since I could not confirm the delivery, I switched over to steemit. I was able to put up two diary game post in the space of two hours before having my breakfast. My breakfast that morning was garri and egg-soup.

Breakfast was a quick alternative to what I should have eaten. It got burnt while on the fire so we had to improvise with egg-soup. It's delicious though. After breakfast, I went on to do some online task. I need to enter some data into a database and so I sat down to work. It wasn't tedious per say but it was eye and neck straining. However, I was able to do some work before the battery of my pc ran down. When it did, I had it charged. All the while it was charging, I was sleeping and by the time I woke up, it was about time to attend an evening Christian meeting. I prepared to go but some issues held me back and I went later than I should have.

On my way to the evening Christian meeting, I encountered a traffic congestion while walking down to the bus stop to board a cab. It was because some driver parked his car wrongly, leaving very little space for other commuters to traffic and these other commuters had to go one after the other. It was getting late while I was still on my way to the meeting, I got to the venue by some minutes past 6:00 pm. It was getting dark and cloudy.

After the meeting, I went home. After I've reached home, I decided to put up a post in the ongoing steem crypto challenge. I sat down and came up with something. I wasn't actually targeting to be among the winners, I just honestly wanted to share my opinion. The post turned out to be very good and I was one of the winners for that day. This is not the first time I was winning as I came third last week and also yesterday. However, this one was different, it took my position up a notch as I came second. The upvote I received gave me a thousand motivations to continue on steemit. I'm so grateful for the challenge.
