Spring, where are you?steemCreated with Sketch.

Today is March 3rd.

For the most part around here, we've been able to skate through winter without even getting particularly cold. We had a few days in the high thirties, then a few days in the forties, but it hasn't seem much like Winter at all.

Spring is nearly here too. That means we've almost made it completely passed the Winter season.

March 21st.

I can't wait.

That's what I've been thinking.

Unfortunately, when I woke up yesterday it was somewhere in the thirties. That's not cool. When I look all around on the streets, at my job, and even in the park I see people wearing short sleeve shirts and shorts.

During the majority of the season, that would have been fine. However, people are shivering and shaking and sneezing and honestly not having any idea what to do with this weather around here now.

It feels like a betrayal. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the twenties. Tonight it is going to drop down to twenty four. which means we're actually going to have to do the thing with the water faucet where it drips a little bit. I can't remember the last time I had to do that.

I'm not sure how long this cold weather is going to last. I've been looking forward to enjoying the spring weather that should have been around the corner. I'm hoping this is just a very slight drop that will not last long.

My house is not very well insulated so we usually use space heaters during the winter. That works fine because it never really gets very cold.

It's very cold now though.

It's going to be very cold tonight.

I'm not sure what happened to the weather, but I guess unexpected cold fronts are not that uncommon. It's just that we don't see them around here much.

All I can do is wait this out and hope Spring comes soon.

It's usually not that cold around here and we aren't usually thinking this question but I have to ask it....

Spring, where are you?

It's true!!! Oh, spring!! Where for art thou????

A big front running from California to New York has all but paralyzed the country... some have already gotten hammered but, for us, we have had a mild winter and have heard tomorrow is going to be cold.

Boo!!!

Keep warm and I hope you get feeling better soon!

It's the same in Dublin. We've had a really mild winter and the last few weeks have been positively spring-like.....only to wake up today to this!

Winter is not quite over here, but it sure is starting to look like spring. Everywhere you look the Bradford Pear Trees have burst out with their fluffy white blossoms, daffodils and yellow bell bushes are dotting the landscapes with their bright yellow blooms and the Tulips will soon be following. happy sigh

I hear it could do something freezy before the week is out. I hope that's wrong. I want to be done with winter too ~!

I personally can't wait for spring. I hate winter. Something about dormant trees with no foliage depresses me.
