Yes, you are right. Shipping is now free at the post office, also packaging is now free. As usual, my time is always free. So if your goal is a current and equal $5.00 for $5.00 trade based on today's market price...not 1 week from now when the auction ends, then there is no free profit to be made here. If you live in the real world, you know that $1.12 won't buy a padded envelope and cover shipping costs, and it's a nice long walk to the post office too. Best Steemit Auction means you decide what you are bidding on...cash, paypal, gift card....or simply don't bid.
I have no intention on bidding, and I would guess that you will be the only bidder. This is a complete waste of time and resources. Save yourself the shipping and envelope costs and come up with an auction that can be mutually beneficial for both you and the buyer
