SAYUR ASEM
Bahan :
.1 buah labu siam
.1 ikat kacang panjang
.2 buah jagung manis (per jagung dipotong jadi 3)
.5 lembar kubis (optional. Kalau saya tidak pakai)
.1 genggam kacang tanah
.1 genggam daun melinjo (optional. Kalau saya tidak pakai)
.1 lembar daun salam
.1 buah lengkuas/laos (sebesar ibu jari)
.Air Asam Jawa secukupnya
.1 sdt gula
.3 sdt garam
.500 ml air
Bumbu halus:
.4 siung bawang merah
.2 siung bawang putih
.2 buah kemiri
.4 buah cabe merah (buang bijinya)
.1 sdt terasi/sejumput (optional. Saya tidak pakai)
Cara:
- Potong-potong sayuran seperti labu, kacang panjang, jagung, dan kubis (potongannya jangan terlalu kecil). Siangi sayuran yang berdaun. Cuci, tiriskan.
- Rebus air di dalam panci. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan bumbu halus, daun salam, dan laos. Diamkan hingga benar-benar mendidih, dan bau mentahnya hilang.
- Masukkan jagung ke dalam rebusan. Kemudian labu, daun singkong, kacang, kacang panjang, dan kubis. Tunggu hingga sayuran matang.
- Sajikan bersama sambal terasi
