Supporting Steemit...
Some of you will know that I posted recently about supporting the quality bloggers of steemit with regular curation posts. Initially when I started this, I was selecting three posts every other day – upvoting and resteeming them. Then I decided to change the structure of the curation and select one post every day and upvote it 100% and resteem it… now as much as this is always helpful, it somewhat felt like although this is of use in gaining the post / author a little more immediate exposure, it felt like it was a little bit of a one hit wonder scenario…
So, I have yet again decided to change gears…
I would like my support to be more consistent. No, the vote values won’t be as high per post, but it would be there for every single post of those specific authors – and on the basis that their content remains of decent quality, it would be on a permanent basis.
I will continue to highlight the members I choose to support on a permanent basis with curation style posts so that others can also see the great work they are doing.
So, on that note, I don’t think I need to say a whole lot more about it… I will obviously continue to seek out quality authors myself, but if you would like me to consider your blog for consistent support, then feel free to drop your links in the comment of this post.

Again... @jaynie- I commend all your hard work and dedication not only to the steemit platform but to all the members of steemitbloggers (A fabulous group of people) and all that you do to emphasize the quality writers and their commitment here.
Your little man is great at that dance! Me and my fifteen year old watched youtube video's to try and hone our skills, but much more difficult than it looks :)
I have been writing daily posts under #freewrite, and most I would say, are an exploration of personal psychology and socialization. Though many are self-focused, I believe my writings give as they are honest and revealing and that allows others to open &/or not feel alone in sometimes difficult ways of thinking/being.

I imagine that would encourage people quite a bit, but also affect your vote percentages and not to mention having to either autovote or it becomes quite a labour. Have you considered giving them @steembasicincome ?
This will give you or whomever you choose to purchase it a share and the person you wish to purchase the share for, it equates to a few cents per post based on how often they post. I imagine a bit more if someone posts less per week than those that post many times, still keeping it fair and square.
Example if you have 4 people you are curating you can either buy each a share of SBI and get 4 shares for you and 1 share each for them. roughly 5 cents if they post once a day. or you can send 1 steem to each person and they can buy for one of the others effectively giving each one 2 shares of SBI. Not sure if they can just buy for themselves actually.
As far as posting good content, I think that is minor if you consider you would not choose people who are obviously shitposting or have the tendency to do so.
Also, I say 4 steem and such knowing that smaller curation efforts would not be able to accomplish such a task so I am taking your account into consideration. For smaller curation efforts I would say 1SBI can still be achieved and people will be helping someone.
I have been thinking on this for a bit never doing anything so excuse the rambling maybe I am just processing it myself :)
