My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2019 - A nice enough day for the dog park
It was up around 40 degrees today Fahrenheit. An absolutely beautiful temperature, compared to 25 degrees below zero just a few days ago!
I took my dog to the off-leash dog park. You’ve never seen such a happy dog! She probably got 20,000 steps today because she was running and chasing the ball. It kept getting buried in snow, but we managed not to lose it!
Well... tomorrow is weigh-in day. Cross your fingers for me, please! I’ve had a solid track record of losing one pound of unwanted body fat each week for weeks on end, and I am not ready to give up my “losing streak.” (Ha ha. I crack myself up.)
I still have about a couple of pounds to go to get to my stated goal of 129 in the #healthier2019 challenge, but in my heart I want to lose four more and then maintain 125. I think that will be my ideal weight.
I make myself laugh all the time. That’s a gift! Keep tracking that activity
