My Actifit Report Card: December 16 2018
Well I am feeling a bit cheated of steps today because I know I hit my 10,000! I cleaned house, ran up and down stairs moving boxes of Christmas supplies into storage and I also went Christmas shopping. Normally a day like that results in about 18-22k steps!
Unfortunately I forgot to grab my Fitbit numbers and my battery died. So I will just have to make up some fantastic number in my head.
At any rate, I moved a lot! That’s what counts, right?
