I have been battling our house monthly ammortization for a couple of weeks now. It is really stressful and tough challenge. It is an issue with the monthly housing ammortization. I have been in and out of the office for a couple of weeks as mentioned, doing things just to save from some of the fees.

Yes. Finally, now settled with the bill. Yes, I issued post dated checks for a couple of valid reasons.

• To save gas and effort just to go to Ayala (around 3-4 km from home)
• Save from P1000 additional fee
• Less Hassle
