Oh yes, exercise sore is the good kind! Let’s vow to not only keep up with the young is but to show them how it’s done! Ha ha. At the very least I want my kids to always be inspired to stay active. 😁
You bet. Love it when the kids say "you're how old!?" ... motivates me that much more. You're as old as you allow yourself to be... age is just a number for those of us that are lucky enough to be able to be mobile and get out and about. Unfortunately we need to keep at it more than the younger folks... but what-the-hey... gotta do what you gotta do. Keep moving, however you can.
