After SteemFest in Bangkok I had a couple more friends join me for some time in the southern islands area of Thailand
THE MORNING AT THE BEACH
Sometimes you just take candids ... and other times the lighting is perfect and you do a little photoshoot
TIME WITH THE ELEPHANTS
Whoever said Thailand was cheap never went to an elephant sanctuary for like $70-ish dollars a person. haha
making elephant food... which we never gave to the elephants?
But we did give them watermelon... LOTS!
Lorraine was most excited about elephants ... I was pretty happy about the experience as well.
Amy was a bit more hesitant ... haha
BOAT RIDES
A couple of my favorite experiences were the private rented boat trips

COOKING CLASS
pretty darn fun and actually the best food i had while in thailand was the stuff we cooked ourselves
Cooking class had us playing with the locals as well
TIGERS ... OH MY
Got to admit wasn't a fan of the tiger experience 5 minutes for way too much money to see tigers sleeping or drugged... who knows.

BUT...
Not every picture of luke had him making a funny face. I really like this one.
THE GROUP
I really do appreciate them coming... they're the reasons i was willing to spend the money and get on a plain for 26+hrs and spend a couple weeks in thailand.
Already did a post of many of the group shots... and I'm intending to do one of just me...
Again a beautiful series of excellent pictures, which give a good impression of your experiences. I always enjoy looking at your pictures. They convey more than a thousand words.

Sawadikah! Thailand is really a good place to visit! I wanna visit that place again maybe phuket and chang mai. The people are really nice. I feel so safe in my whole journey.

The Tiger experiences need to be shut down. Much like the elephant rides.
Drugging tigers so that people can lie down with them is awful.
Lovely pictures though, and Thailand is an amazing place. I love visiting there.
