howdy sir sultnpapper! hey I like that BBQ joint, the one I worked at we also used a rotisserie smoker and only burned Mesquite wood, kind of a Texas specialty I think, but that's a very healthy business if they're going through that much meat for those hours.

Yes, I saw you have Q experience from that vegan post the other day. Hwy 77 is a busy road as it connects the Rio Grande Valley to the rest of the Gulf side of the state to north so there is plenty of traffic that passes by there each day and it is right close to where Hwy 59 jets off to the southwest to head to Laredo so people who are in the "know" know where they are and know that it isn't really out of the way.
