Each of us should select the niche of the channel before opening a YouTube channel. After selecting the niche, find out if there are any competitors working on the same niche. Observe the competitors carefully. Because we need to analyze whether we can survive in this competition with the competitors. It is very important to observe what type or series of videos the competitor uploads, how the video is edited, the way they speak, what kind of keywords they use, the title, the quality of the video, etc. After analyzing the competitors, uploading better videos than them can help grow the channel. Today, through this contest, I will observe the competitors according to my niche.

Task-1

I have found two popular YouTube channels whose niche is similar to my channel. The first channel is Elisa's Cooking Recipes.

From the first channel, I noticed its title, style of speaking and thumbnail

🔺 Title: The title of the video of this channel is very short and keyword-based. (For example: Easy recipe for making white cham chom in an easy way.)

🔺 Style of speaking: The presenter speaks slowly and clearly which is very helpful in teaching beginners to cook. Moreover, background music is given which increases the attraction to listen to the words.

🔺 Thumbnail: There is a close-up shot of the food being served in an attractive and tempting way which attracts the viewer to watch the video.

I have learned from the videos on this channel - simple and short keywords should be used in the channel's videos so that the videos come up easily through search. My speech should be clear and attractive. Thumbnails should be made in bright colors.

The second channel is Sultana's Cook. From the videos of this channel, I have noticed video editing, hashtags and the end of the video.

🔺 Video editing: The video is explained in clear language through step-by-step editing.

🔺 Hashtags: Use video-based hashtags.

🔺 Description and ending: Give an attractive description at the beginning of the video and at the end ask to like the video and subscribe to the channel.

I have learned from the videos of this channel that while editing the video, you have to edit it step by step and speak clearly in accordance with the video, use the right hashtags, say the catchy lines of the video at the beginning of the video so that the viewer is attracted and at the end of the video, like and subscribe to the video.

Task-2

Three titles and a short description for my channel's videos.

✅ Title - "Milk dessert made in 5 minutes. Easy payes recipe."

Description- In this video, I will show you how to make a dessert with milk in a short time. Which everyone from young to old can make and eat at home.

✅ Title- "Make fluffy rasmalai with bread at home"

Description - In this video, I will show you how to make soft fluffy rasmalai at home very easily with these two ingredients. A great tasty dessert will be made with very few ingredients.

✅Title-"Muchmuche Chicken Pakora Recipe. Eftar special recipe. "

Description-In this video, I will show the process of making Muchmuche Chicken Pakora using simple ingredients. Which is the perfect snack for afternoon snack, brother Iftar.

Task-3

I will write today's script with the first title in about 2 minutes.
