In my opinion, it should be a guiding principle in our lives. The gratitude is not only a nice feeling but is a basic attitude that shapes our point of view and impact our well being.

The gratitude transfers our focus.The act of gratitude enhances our well being. When someone focuses on what he or she is thankful for, in this way the negativity and the complaints shift away from us.The shift of the negativity from us can reduce the level of the anxiety, depression and stress.The people experience higher level of happiness and success who practice gratitude regularly.

The act of the gratitude strengthens the relationships.The expression of the thanks to the others makes them feel appreciated. This act of the expressing thanks to the others can foster a sense of belonging and connection with each other.The act of the gratitude can also be helpful to improve the empathy and compassion.

The act of gratitude help us to appreciate the present moment.In short, this is not a nice act but it also a powerful act that can be helpful to transform our lives. When we make the gratitude a principle we can be more happy and in this way our bonds and connections become stronger.

How can we implement this word in our daily life? Explain!

This is simple and effective way to foster the gratitude such as Start a gratitude journal. It should be very effective to write such things you are thankful for. Such things can be big, about health or family and can be small things such as a cup of coffee or a about a sunny day.This way of writing can be helpful to focus on the positive sides of our lives.

Start your day by thinking about what you are thankful for. It is simple that as being grateful for waking up.This creates a positivity in our lives for that day and it is also helpful for us to approach challenges with a more cheerful outlook.

Tell the people in your life that you appreciate them about their good deeds. It would be good that a simple thank you to the others.It is very simple and easy to feel the thankful and grateful when everything is going well but the practices of the gratitude in the tough times is more significant.It would be very effective to focus on the positive things that happened throughout your whole day.

La gratitud no solo aleja las quejas y malas energías si no que estrecha lazos con las demás personas pues son una forma de agradar y de hacer sentir bien a aquellos a quienes agradeces, además que es una virtud que se contagia y en la práctica se hace un buen hábito.
