家乡砂拉越的味道

我是个不常做饭一年没下几次厨的
所以这一帖很精贵哈哈哈
刚好老妈从sarawak过来
给我们带了这拉子茄子（土族茄子）
听说是西马没有的不知道有没有人见过？
刚好昨天病假在家不想出门
就煮了这个配土族黑米当两餐
是长的像番茄的只是大点硬点不能生吃

茄子切好、准备些辣椒干、虾米、或江鱼籽
喜欢鱼的可以放硬鱼（doi he in Teow Chew) 或沙丁鱼！

先炒两下虾米再放茄子再放辣椒干

然后懒人直接加水焖一焖（10分钟左右）

Deng Deng Deng deng
就这样完成了我的家乡的味道👍

PS: 煮个饭还出动毛毯我老公也是醉了送我一句 wa piang😂
