Knowledge Management (GC) is a vital tool within the organization, it allows us to transmit knowledge, experiences and skills to company employees.

The importance of Knowledge Management is that by transmitting this knowledge through simple and dynamic learning systems, excellent results can be obtained, since it allows us to prepare or help our team with real-time information related to our organization.

Nowadays, due to the dynamism of the daily routine of our work activities, many times it does not allow us to keep ourselves 100% updated with the information of our surroundings, the experiences and strategies obtained by leaders of our work teams are essential to prepare plans of neuralgic business for the organization.

Importance of KM in organizations

Knowledge Management (KM) is of great importance its application in the organization in order to achieve the objectives proposed by management.

It is important to highlight, among various authors who have emphasized the importance of KM in organizations, Drucker's statement (2002: 191):

"the most important contribution that management needs to make in the 21st century is, similarly, to increase the productivity of knowledge work and of those who work with it"

The production and generation of knowledge that provide tools and strategies to the work team of an organization is of vital importance to achieve its success.

Barriers or Impediments to CG in the organization

As expected despite the advantages and impotence of the topic, there are certain barriers that usually must be faced, the following are the most frequent:

1.- Managers: these represent one of the most frequent barriers due to the fact that managers, entrepreneurs or company owners challenge the importance of KM despite having information about the excellent results they can obtain.
However, since the results of the GC are not so immediate, its implementation is not very attractive to it.

2.- Workers: the main barrier that is usually seen in workers is related to personal fears, it seems to them a risk to teach or share experiences and knowledge with other colleagues who can take away their jobs by transmitting their knowledge and these no longer be considered essential in the organization.

3.- Technological Systems: the lack of knowledge of the management of technological systems certainly represents a barrier, which many organizations face but focuses on preparing their workers in this regard and keeping them updated on this matter.

For implementation, a Knowledge Management (QM) system must be established where it works strategically and planned where it can be addressed, among other aspects:

Provide competencies to workers through continuous training on various areas and topics, in order to provide them with knowledge that will allow them to improve their work and at the same time share their experiences with their coworkers.

However, it is necessary to take into consideration aspects of human beings that are their worst fears that may lead them to hinder management with petty feelings. In this sense, efforts must be made to achieve a suitable organizational climate.

On the other hand, the necessary preparation and support with the technological systems that support the implementation of the organization's QA system must be considered.

Likewise, teamwork and staff rotation should be preserved and encouraged so that you have the opportunity to capture the most information from various areas of the organization.
