Baby Lizard perched on a leaf
Found this little guy (or girl?) peering out at me from the bushes, could have fit on my thumb.
The focus is a bit off on the nose, but hey.
Taken yesterday evening with a Canon SL1 and a 100mm 2.8f Macro lens.
I really enjoy taking photos of animals, especially reptiles.
I hope I am not posting too many photos :)

He's such a cute little guy. Actually you have the focus perfect because it is customary to focus on the eye in these kind of shots from what I've seen so it looks perfect.
Yeah I'm very happy with the focus on the eye, just if I used a bit smaller aperture I could have got the nose too, but it's aaite! Still like how the photo came out
Also I think it is easier with smaller sensor cameras to get more of the shot in focus due to the way that depth of field works. I know that DOF is much shallower with larger sensor cameras it gets worse with medium format. Given how good mobile phone sensors are getting the day may come where they become the camera of choice for macro photographers who want the sharpest image.
