Roast Duck noodle and hot soya bean drink
This dish is my submission for the dailyfoodphotography.
This was what i had for my dinner tonight.
The noodle was springy and not soggy and soft. I like my noddle to be springy and cook just right.
The roast duck taste was great and delicious but the skin was not crispy as i expected.
The black sauce they used.to mix the noodle was.of a good grade and it gives a delicious taste and not too salty.
The chef added a little preserved vegetables to pair with the duck.
He was generous in putting lots of Pak Choi as well.
The hot soya bean ( bean curd) drink was not too sweet and it was served hot which was what i like. They served fresh natural soya bean drink and not from the can or from the powder.
Thus the taste was.delicious and not powdery like some that i have tasted.
