Night Run - Revisiting My Audiobook Library
It's always nice to take a break
But that does make it hard to get back into the swing of things. I didn't really do any physical activity yesterday so I was feeling pretty blah today. I've been meaning to start a new audiobook for a while and used that as a motivator to get me excited for a run tonight. The book I chose to start is called "The Talent Code", which examines similarities between extremely talented people to identify patterns and strategies for learning any new skill. I was definitely engaged by this book and ended up running further than I originally intended because I was really enjoying the listen. Got through the first chapter and a half on this run.
