ULOG 187: Woke Up Without Power
Electricity is essential nowadays. Without it, dealing with extremely hot weather would be difficult especially when you are at home. This morning, I woke up when there's been a power interruption. It lasted for more than two hours. They do just that easily with absence of notice of power interruption.
I tried to contact them through landline, the number cannot be called. I called their cellphone numbers, they can't be reached. I commented on their Facebook posts, no response. I called them a lot of times on Messenger, but they're not answering.
I remember when I commented once on their post regarding the uselessness of their numbers because when calling them, they are hanging the phone. Them a woman came for their defense (maybe working for Cenpelco, the electric company) with a nerve to reprimand on my comment.
It's kinda rude and unprofessional for them to not answer the calls. Their numbers are useless. Their Messenger is useless. Their customer service is extremely poor. When their security guard answers the call, they are very unprofessional.

Few minutes ago, we had power interruption again which took several minutes. Customers deserve good service, and customer service.
