All'uccelletto Beans
Beans all'uccelletto, typical Tuscan recipe, easy to implement, but very good.
Ingredients:
- 300g dried cannellini beans (fresh 600g)
- 3/4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- black pepper
- salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400g of tomato pulp
- 3 sage leaves
- 6 sausages
Put the beans in lightly salted cold water, boil and then drain.
Put the sausages in a pot with cold water and boil for about 3 minutes. When you are cold spellatele.
In a pan put the oil, sage, pepper and garlic and fry slightly. Then put us beans, tomatoes and simmer 10-15 minutes.
