Steak weekend - Miller´s House Restaurant - (South Moravia - Czech Republic)

Hello Steemit friends,

Recently I had a great "Steak day" with my husband. We went for a trip and we visited the Bukovanský mlýn.
A juicy piece of meat prepared on a grill or baked in a pan. It's a steak :-). At the miller's restaurant,they offered us several kinds of steaks prepared from the best meat. The rich selection of tasty meals was supplemented by a wide range of Moravian quality wines and quality wines with special attributes.
We like this restaurant. We visit this great place several times a year...

We tasted the following specialties:

1.) Cold starter

Fresh beef sirloin steak with mustard seeds, bread waffles, roasted garlic

2.) Steak

Beef rib, roast potato slurry with parmesan cheese, baked green beans in bacon





Beef steak, potato fondant, pea puree, blanched broccoli





All the dishes were well prepared and seasoned. It was delicious!

The restaurant is very cozy and stylish....tiled stove, period items

Bukovany is a village in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
Bukovanský mill is a observation tower in the form of a windmill. The vanes of the mill are not driven by the wind, but they drive the motor. The observation tower also serves as a museum with an exhibition slovácké village of the 19th century and galleries. The observation tower was built and opened in 2004.
