DAY 13 OF MY D-TUBE FITNESS TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY
Hello guys,
Today I just completed my day 13 of my @dtube fitness transformation.
Exercises for today:
- Bench Press
- Incline Press with Dumbbells
- Cable Fly
- Fly with Dumbbells
- Push Ups
Very happy with progress so far. Body changing day by day.
Tomorrow finally will be rest day and we ready for Exercising Week 3 !!!

You could easy use more leg drive while bench pressing or you doing that on purpose? Incline dumbell very nice!
With leg drive it is more like powerlifting technique, it is good when pushing 1 rep max for strength, but for hypetrophy slower more controlled movement will be more effective

Killing it man! that is a pretty solid chest day. I need to get cable flys back in my rotation. Thanks for sharing your workouts it helps give me new ideas on workouts to make me better. I'm training for ninja warrior so I need to be ready for anything and everything, so more people and more diverse the workouts the better. Followed you so keep them coming!
