Kerela's coconut tree climber
Kerala literally means the land of the coconut palm. Recently when I had been to Kerala (south India), I met this guy who was climbing the coconut tree in the traditional manner. I was shocked to see him climbing with so much confidence and ease. Within a few minutes, he was able to pluck 19-20 coconuts. Pretty Incredible. Isn't it?
All this comes from practice but it is not easy sitting on a slippery palm tree, with only one hand to clutch the palm tree and with the other plucking out the nuts from the tree.

I have so many palm trees around me and love coconut water, may be I can try climbing too, probably will only hurt myself... 😤
I recently have taken a job and it's keeping me very busy, travelling 5 hours every day, then work and in between making art and also writing my posts... I love being here but it's so hard to manage time..but it's for good, now I can earn and travel and buy my art supplies 😍😍

wow! itravelarts! I have no idea how you are doing all these things! that's amazing..what do you mean you travel for 5 hours everyday? how is that possible?
It's one of the drawback living in Bangalore.. Even though it's just 18 kms, the traffic sucks here.. It's 2.5 hours one way.
But It's not as bad as it sounds.. I am given the gift of time... Hahahha.. 😆

howdy again itravelarts! I don't know how the traffic can be that bad, just narrow streets not built for much traffic?
and I don't understand your last sentence about the gift of time? and who is Swati? lol. it must be something funny.
so that means you have to leave super early in the morning?
Bangalore is not made for so much traffic, and is unplanned.with the IT industry boom there are more job opportunities and hence the increase in population.with narrow roads and no traffic rules people drive like crazy here which leads to traffic jams and hence it takes so much time.
With so much craziness I have not yet started to drive myself, so I am commuting by local transport, which allows me to work during that time 😍
Though not sure how long I will survive like this

howdy this fine Sunday itravelarts! Are you planning to live there for the rest of your life? Imean, I wouldn't want to look forward to that kind of traffic headache my whole life but I guess I would do like you and use..what..bus or is it some type of commuter train?
either way that is great that you can work to and from work.
but when you say "not sure how long I will survive like this" what does that mean, your job or what?
Not sure if I want to live here forever, I like this city otherwise, amazing weather all through the year,good vibes and beautiful culture. Currently I am traveling by a cab. It's expensive but that's the only option I have.
I meant traveling like this, I don't get enough time to paint and for other things.
