Ulog 5 - Day One at PATA, Langkawi

LANGKAWI ... More Ghost Stories ?

Probably that's the first thing that comes to mind. Well... I did have at least one encounter with the supernatural beings during my stay years ago. Not that I needed to be reminded of.
Gosh ! Let's keep those memories away..It's giving me goosebumps already.

Anyway, it's great to be back to the beautiful island of Langkawi. Boy! Have I missed you tremendously. It has been almost 24 months since I last step foot onto this island. So many fond memories have you given to me all this while.

Thanks to PATA TRAVEL MART 2018, I'm back here again for 4 days/3 nights. It feels more like a travel trade industry networking session. Meet ups, discussions, business probing, drinking catch up etc... You name it...

As always, the first day is the most busiest of them all. Everyone and anyone is here. Moreover it's the day of the official ceremony and we're all in our best suits.

There's hardly anytime to rest, what more have a sip of water or even take a walk to the restroom.

Tourism Malaysia hosted the first night welcoming dinner at Langkawi International Convention Centre. It was amazing to have our Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia to officiate the event. Well, it's not everyday we get to see her in person and giving such an inspiring speech.

We look forward to more productive business meeting. After all, it's Malaysia Truly Asia.
