Customer service getting worst !!

I'm not usually a fussy customer but in this case I can't help but get upset. Basic customer service is to SMILE but if that cannot be given, such people should not be in the front line.

I wanted to buy some cloth for my book cabinet & was recommended by my sister to drop by this specific fabric outlet in Subang Jaya. Not only no one greeted me but when I ask for assistance, no one bothered to help. I had to ask several times before someone came to attend to me.

By the time I wanted to pay at the cashier, I had an elderly lady whose body language was saying ... What do you want ?! Give me more work to do ?! Omg!!! Here I am giving you 💰💰, and this is what I get 😡😡

I would never go back there again not would I ever recommend anyone to visit this store. Totally spoil my Sunday 🌞
