RE: Da's Goud / It's Gold [NL/EN)

Cool writing.... The paradigm in the story you wrote generally occurs in my country. A country rich in natural resources, fertile land but people live in poverty.

Many lands are left abandoned, even though that is where the gold debris is obtained. This phenomenon still occurs today, who is to blame? they are unable to see the potential and turn it into productive land.

Currently, some of them are chasing false dreams, hoping for instant riches without trying. Becoming a company and government employee is a target, even though diamonds are already in their fields.

I am not sure whose to blame. I noticed two things (from life, travelling and living abroad) if you pamper people, make their bed they sit, wait, pray to be "saved" by someone while complaining and there's a large number of people with a lack of will to change their lives. They will not even grab the piece of gold if it's in front of their nose because they have to bend forward.

Can I see who's downvoting me?
