The health of a pregnant woman has a great effect on her baby, so if you want your baby to be born healthy you must also take care of your body's health.

The first is to consume nutritious food when a mother is pregnant, this nutritious food is the most important factor to determine the health of the fetus in the womb.

If you are pregnant then you are required to consume nutritious foods full of nutrients needed by pregnant women, you can consume for example green vegetables, colorful fruits and also various supplements such as iron supplements and folic acid.

The second is to do sports, for a pregnant woman does not mean they can't exercise.

Exercise for pregnant women is also very necessary for the health of the fetus because by exercising regularly, the fetus in the womb will become more relaxed and supply more oxygen and they can eventually grow healthily.

For pregnant women, exercise may be slightly different from adults, for pregnant women you can do some sports such as exercise for pregnant women, yoga and also jogging or jogging with a slow frequency.

The third is enough rest, for a pregnant woman to have enough rest after doing some activities, then next you can rest to relax a tired body, a pregnant woman must take a lot of time to rest because the impact will be very dangerous for a pregnant woman too much activity and too tired.

Fourth, pay attention to the environment around you, pregnant women are usually very sensitive, easily feel tired and susceptible to several other diseases. To overcome this and of course to keep a pregnant woman and her baby healthy, a healthy environment must be considered.

The environment is one of the factors that can cause a person's health to be disturbed, so it must also be very concerned because the impact is felt by the fetus in the womb. One of them is clean air, sufficient sunlight and good water

Fifth, make it a habit to go to the doctor for control, for tips on how to maintain your next pregnancy, regularly check your pregnancy with the doctor, do pregnancy tests so that you can control your pregnancy so you can find out about the progress of your pregnancy.

How much weight is your fetus, is it less, is it enough, the doctor will also provide special guidelines for you so that you can maintain good health and your fetus will be in very good condition.
