What is a community garden?
Does it matter if it's not vegetables and fruits? I don't think so, it can be anything you put your mind too.
Steemit could be considered a community garden if you really think about it. There are people that try their best to make it grow, and there are people that do their best to tear it all down.
Which group are you in?
I do what I can where I can, and sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't.
There are those that don't want this community garden to grow at all, and that is a real shame, because Steemit had real potential that was totally wasted.
What can we do to make this garden green again? I guess that we just keep on keepin on, and we need to stop the pests from ruining the garden.
Got any good ideas for pest control? :D

Downvote trails and pools! What is the purpose of random accounts on a trail to downvote your posts with 10%, and the total is -$0.000??
Why even bother??
You know damned well that the person(ahem!) didn't even bother to read the posts. We all know that these accounts are alt accounts that are there for one purpose, to annoy others.
Don't you people have anything better to do? It's childish, and it's a fucking shame.
We need a weed eater as well as some pesticide I think. ;-)

@inthenow yes I agree with you that steemit is like a community garden I love the people here. I do not understand a lot here but do agree there should be no downvotes. They are just negativity.

We certainly need some pesticides for those pests. Steem cleaners are trying. And a lot of those small accounts are all by the same dude who just has a hate for Steem and apparently no life. Poor guy, really. Anyway, hopefully supporting the plants that are growing and keeping them healthy will work to get rid of the pests. And we need to get some traps and move them somewhere else :)

I hadn't thought about it this way, but you are right ... you are also right about the phenomenon of folks with 15 Steem power doing their little 10 percent downvotes in a trail, unless there is some kind of glitch that is skimming off some amount four or five decimal places deep and returning it to the reward pool out of every so-called dollar ... but that's just me trying to find order in chaos again ... I just cracked up laughing trying to calculate five decimal places deep on a dollar figure that itself is only worth cents and so is already two decimal places deep ... never mind. Get out the natural pesticides...
