Your Yesterday Influences Today

Don't be ashamed of anything which gives you money and it's not sinful and also does not take the place of God. You may not know where you will need it in the nearest future. Don't feel unfortunate because of what you may be passing through today because you will need it in the nearest future.

My dad and mum owned a restaurant for over 20 years, from there they were able to take some of us through school. The experience was not an easy one but I now appreciate those times of being in the sun, fire and heat of going to sell food after school hours.

Pass forward to today at the Nysc camp where I am currently undergoing a three weeks camp. Today was my platoon turn to cook and do some other things. Others were complaining that the stress was some how but it didn't touch me because cooking has being part of me. In fact, one of the kitchen official never wanted me to leave because he loved what I was doing.

My friends, never shy away from the experiences of today because you never can tell where you will need such experiences and lessons. Life may be hard today but you must know that your today influences what becomes of your tomorrow.
