How to Achieve your Goals Faster

We all love achieving goals.
We don't want our goals to take time. The earlier the better.
But how can you quicken the process?

The same for me. I set myself clear goals, but then I thought how to achieve them faster.
So I wrote down some points which in my opinion can be very helpful to see success as fast as possible.

Don't overthink, but Start!

I think this is one of the most important things.
If you don't start, you won't succred.
Don't overthink every step, every decision, every wink, but get the damn ball rolling!
You can rethink a thousand times what your possible future chef might say, or you pick up the phone and just try it. If you fail, you learned something for the next time.
Just be brave and take more risks, your learnings and progresses will be worth it.

If you don't decide fast enough you might lose opportunities and regret it afterwards.
Most if the time, things don't wait for you. You have to catch them!
Sometimes I catch myself overthinking as well.
When I think back, I don't remember a situation in which it which this gave me an advantage.
I'm working on it and you should too!

Feed your Head with Good Stuff

Where do you get the most of your information, which kind of people are around you, how do you spend your freetime?

I think it has a huge impact on our behaviour and our mood whether we feed our brain with good stuff or with rubbish.

Your environment has a big impact on you.
So take care of having an good environment.

Surround yourself with ambitious people which have a similar mind-set like you.
Spend less time with people who get you down with your ambitions and goals as well es people which spread negativity.
You don't want to become one of this people, so you shouldn't give them much attention.

Read good books, hear podcasts, watch movies with a good message.
Most TV series, movies news are garbage for you head
Start recognizing and differentiate between rubbish and gold and stop spending time for things that bring you down

Be ambitious, persistent – No Excuses

Ambition pays of always!
Going to the gym once a week won't get you your dream body.
Changig your mind right does!
If you want to achieve something, you have to get your ass of and work for it.
Not 1,2 times but always and constantly.
The harder you work, the faster you will see results and achieve your goals.

You get what you deserve – if you do nothing, You don't deserve anything

Don't use excuses, but do it even if it's hard.

I had my best results when I had a clear vision.
For example in 2017 I wanted to achieve my fitness goal.
I wanted it so hard, so I changed my training and my diet.
I worked for it everyday and I reached my personal best form!
For this year my goals are even higher and I know I will achieve them, because I will work even harder for them than last year

Make Habits

This point goes ahead with the last one.
If you want to change something, if you want to achieve a goal as fast as possible, it is not enough to try it a few times.
You have to work on it every single day.

Make specific habits, which will help you achieving your goals.

  • If you want a better shape, make sports everyday if only 20 minutes.
  • If you want to learn a language, talk everyday for 15 minutes
  • If you want to get reach, make a post on Steemit at least once a day ;-)

Habits can be powerful - and I don't mean cigarettes or alcohol by that ;-)
If you have in your mind that it is a MUST to do something today, You won't have to convince yourself to do it, because you think there is no other option.

Conclusion

You can quicken your progress if you consider some points.
Surround yourself with people and information which help improving your personality and your abilities, instead of feeding your head with garbage
Don't rethink everything thousand times but start and learn in a process.
Everything will become easier and easier

If you want to achieve something you have to be amitious and persistent.
No exception allowed here!

Have habits – They will simplify the process of progress ;-)

Have in mind, that you don't have to do everything NOW.
Sometimes it's not the best decision to rush things.
Some things require time.
Use your ability of thinking, which god gave us, to recognize what to do in which moment.

These were my points of how to achieve goals faster, which came spontaniously in my mind.
Of course you can have different ones.

I used to have overthinking problems, I used to spend a lot of hours just planning my activities, my goals, over and over and didn't do anything to take action. Life was passing way on planning. Now, I don't think at all I do, and I have more reward. People says that we have to think before act but in my case it's not a good idea because I easily stay in thinking fase.

fitness is a great example to get off ur ass and start doing...can't be fit without sweat, can't happen without doing..nice post..
