Apple Watch is a tool that was built focused on our health and fitness. Simply it collects data using different kinds of sensors that built into it. There are different kinds of fitness tracking tools in the market. Simple all of the tech giants offer their smartwatches with fitness features included. What makes the apple watch so unique is that the integration into the Apple ecosystem. In other terms, their software is very advanced and the visualization of the data collected is really useful.

Today I am going to show you how my apple watch shows me important details of my health data using the activity app.

Summary of my activity during the day

This section shows my 3 rings. Those are move, exercise, and stand. We can see the progress of the day by looking at it here. It really encourages me to complete my rings by checking this field.

Workouts

Here, we can see a summary of the workouts done recently. By clicking on each workout we can see all the collected data to get an idea about the workout.

Trends

As the name implies, this section shows us how my different health measures varying through time. To appear in this field, we should have to do wear this watch for at least 180 days. Otherwise, this field will not appear. Up and down arrows show the variation and the trend.

Awards

Apple Watch gives us different challenges based on past activity data. If I complete that challenge, it gives us an award to encourage me to do more. I think it is a really good thing because it keeps me engaged with it. Today also i won may 2021 challenge.
